Join Rabbi Tobin and a special group of friends at B’nai Shalom for our weekly Talmud Mondays class. This year’s class will begin on Monday, October 20th.
This year we will study Tractate Mo’ed Katan, including an exploration of what makes the intermediary days of a holiday different from either a holy day or a regular day. Particular attention will be paid to the first and third chapters, concluding with one of the main source texts of Jewish traditional mourning and funeral practices.
